Kill every chicken you see, slither around on your stomach and only eat meat. 

The next week you will find that anything you look at dies/stops moving.

After that move to a forest. Keep on eating meat and you will soon become a Basilisk.

How to turn into a Death Eater

Kill/torture muggles, get the dark mark embedding into your skin and pleage your loyalty to the 

Dark lord.

You well then get a mask, saying you are a Death Eater.
